Cancellations after the 21 day timeframe are non-refundable due to booking commitments and service agreements made with couriers shipping your equipment.
Upon return of the equipment after your event, all items are thoroughly inspected and any damage to the equipment will incur a charge. The price points for damages are as follows: Headphones: £30 per damaged headphone. Transmitters: £50 per damaged transmitter. Cables and Accessories: £15 per damaged item.
