DIY Setup
Your DIY package arrives 2 days before your event, giving you a full day to test everything before you need it.
Repack all contents into the original box(es), secure them with the cable ties provided and have them ready at the delivery address for next-business-day collection.
If the scheduled collection is missed, a return courier charge will be applied to the payment method used for your booking. We recommend keeping the package ready and being available on the collection day.
Yes — both outbound delivery and the return collection are included at no extra cost, as long as collection goes ahead as scheduled.
No — DIY packages are shipped UK-wide. You don't need to be in South Wales to book this option.
Full Service
Full Service is available across South Wales, including Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend and Milford Haven.
No — Full Service is completely hands-off. Just confirm your venue access and timings; our team brings, sets up and prepares everything on site.
Yes — our team operates the equipment for the full duration of your event, so you don't need to manage channels, sound or troubleshooting yourself.
Our team packs everything away and takes it with them the same night, so there's nothing left for you to box up, store or arrange a return for.
Not currently — Full Service is exclusive to South Wales. For events outside this area, our DIY package can be shipped UK-wide instead.
