1. We Prepare & Dispatch Your Equipment
Once your booking is confirmed, we prepare your silent disco equipment specifically for your event. Everything is fully charged, tested and securely packed before being dispatched to your delivery address approximately 48 hours before your event.
2. Your Equipment Arrives Ready to Use
Your full silent disco kit arrives at your chosen address, ready for your event. All headsets, transmitters, playlists and accessories are included, along with clear step-by-step instructions so you can get familiar with everything in advance if needed.
3. Simple Setup & Run Your Event
On the day of your event, you simply follow the included instructions to connect the system. No technical experience is required as everything is designed to be plug-and-play. Once set up, your guests can instantly use the headsets to switch channels and control their own volume, with 24/7 phone support available throughout your hire period if needed.
4. Pack Up & Return
After your event, all equipment is placed back into the original packaging, secured using the provided cable ties and labelled with the pre-paid return label. Our courier then collects the equipment from your agreed location.
