All DIY bookings come with a printed instruction manual that clearly explains the full setup process from start to finish. If you get stuck during setup, you’ll find our direct support phone number in the manual and can contact our team for assistance.

No additional equipment or software is required. Everything you need is included in your package, including:

You can either use the included music tablets or connect your own phone, laptop, or device directly into the transmitters using the 3-in-1 audio cables provided.

Your DIY silent disco package is delivered directly to your chosen address 48 hours before your event so you have time to check and familiarise yourself with the equipment.

If your booking includes multiple boxes, all items will be clearly labelled so you can match everything to your order.

After your event, simply repack everything into the original box. Use the cable ties provided to secure the box, then attach the pre-paid return label.

The return process is either collection or drop-off depending on your return instructions, which will be included with your delivery.

Each system allows guests to switch between up to 3 different music channels using the headphones.

This allows you to run multiple playlists or DJs at the same time, with guests able to switch freely between channels throughout the event.

Yes, the equipment can be used outdoors provided it is kept dry and protected from rain or moisture.

All electrical equipment including transmitters, tablets, and power supplies must be kept in a sheltered area such as indoors, under a marquee, or inside a dry operations space.

The headphones themselves can be used outdoors without issue.
