The package includes 175 wireless silent disco headsets and 3 audio channels, delivering a high-capacity multi-channel listening experience for your guests, allowing switching between three audio sources throughout your event. We provide 3 music tablet devices free of charge for playback, with the option to use your own curated content or choose from our preloaded selections, suitable for music, DJs, speeches, presentations and structured event programming.

This system is well suited to conferences, corporate productions, festivals, multi-room venues, large weddings, fitness events, workshops, training sessions and large organised events requiring reliable and scalable audio distribution across multiple areas or audience groups.

Our full service packages include delivery, professional setup, equipment management and collection after the event. We handle the technical side so you can enjoy the party.

Yes, a member of our team will remain on-site during your event to help run the silent disco, manage the equipment and assist with any technical issues if required.

This means you do not need to worry about setup, troubleshooting or packing everything away afterwards.

Our team will normally arrive approximately 1 hour before the silent disco start time you have requested.

This allows enough time to unload the equipment, complete setup, test all channels and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.

Our Full Service silent disco packages and price currently applies to events held across South Wales only.

If your event is outside of South Wales, please get in touch before booking as additional travel charges may apply depending on location.

We offer a variety of booking packages which includes between 1 to 3 playlists per event. Each playlist allows guests to switch between 3 different audio channels simultaneously using their headphones. If you require more playlists, please get in touch and we can arrange a custom package for you.

Yes, we can set up silent discos outdoors provided the equipment is kept protected from rain and moisture.

A suitable sheltered area or weather cover must be available for all electrical equipment including transmitters, tablets and power supplies.
