Full Service Setup Package

1. We Arrive With Your Equipment

On the day of your event, our team arrives at your venue approximately 1 hour before your agreed start time. This allows us plenty of time to unload, prepare and set everything up ahead of your guests arriving.

2. We Set Everything Up & Prepare The System

We fully install and test all headsets, transmitters and playlists to ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive. This includes configuring channels and checking all equipment is working correctly.

3. On-Site Assistance During Your Event

Where included in your booking, our team remains on-site to assist guests with using the headphones and switching between channels. For longer events, support may be provided during key periods such as setup, guest arrival and peak times.

4. We Pack Down & Remove Everything

Once your event has finished, we dismantle all equipment, pack everything away and remove it from the venue, leaving the space clear and taking all equipment with us.
