These Event Terms apply specifically to the silent disco booking between V360 Silent Disco (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and RSPCA Llys Nini Branch (“the Organiser”, “you”, “your”).

These Terms apply in addition to the V360 Silent Disco Terms of Service & Equipment Hire Agreement available at:

By payment of the booking invoice, acceptance of delivery, collection, or use of the Equipment, the Organiser agrees to these Event Terms together with the Company’s standard Terms of Service & Equipment Hire Agreement.


1. Event Booking

The Organiser has booked silent disco equipment and related services from V360 Silent Disco for the event taking place on July 19, 2026.


2. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 is payable in advance to secure the event date and Equipment allocation.

The booking fee reserves Equipment availability and administrative scheduling for the Event.


3. Revenue Share Arrangement

In place of the Company’s standard full hire pricing, the Organiser agrees to pay the Company an additional fee of:

£2.00 per attendee or ticket sold for the Event.

This includes:

  • advance ticket sales
  • online ticket sales
  • on-the-door ticket sales
  • complimentary tickets
  • guest list admissions
  • staff admissions
  • any other admission granting entry to the Event

4. Attendance Reporting

The Organiser agrees to provide accurate final attendance and/or ticket figures within 3 business days following the Event.

The Company may request reasonable supporting evidence including:

  • ticket platform reports
  • attendance summaries
  • door count records
  • POS records
  • written organiser confirmation

5. Final Invoice & Payment

Following receipt of attendance figures, the Company will issue a final invoice based on the agreed £2.00 per attendee arrangement.

Payment of the final invoice shall be due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Failure to Provide Attendance Figures

Where attendance figures are not provided within 7 business days following the Event, the Company reserves the right to issue an estimated invoice based on:

  • venue capacity
  • publicly available ticket information
  • ticket platform availability
  • attendance estimates
  • information reasonably available to the Company

7. Equipment Responsibility

The Organiser remains fully responsible for all Equipment supplied during the Hire Period in accordance with the V360 Silent Disco Terms of Service & Equipment Hire Agreement.

All loss, theft, damage, late return, and non-return provisions remain fully applicable to this booking.


8. Incorporation of Standard Terms

All provisions contained within the V360 Silent Disco Terms of Service & Equipment Hire Agreement continue to apply to this Event booking except where expressly varied by these Event Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
